What's actually open on my desk right now. The roadmap is the plan; this is the honest version of the week.

Each card names the pillar it belongs to. When something here says off-roadmap, that's not a failure — it's the point of keeping this page. Drift you can see is drift you can decide about.

  • Claude Code Advanced Full Course

Claude Code Advanced — Full Course

    Off-roadmap · tooling · ~3h

Getting properly fluent with agentic coding rather than poking at it. Not a pillar, and worth it anyway: this is the workflow I build everything else in, including this site.

Building LLMs from Scratch — Vizuara

LLM internals · Phase 2, started early

Raj Dandekar working through Raschka's Build a Large Language Model (From Scratch) on video. That makes this the Raschka path rather than the Karpathy one — the pillar says pick one and finish it, so this is the pick.

  • The Phase 0 diagnostic

    Roadmap · Phase 0 · ~4h

Seven checks that decide where the next 330 hours go. Until this is done, every hour spent studying is a guess about which pillar needed it.

  • NeetCode 150 — pattern acquisition

    DSA / coding · 45h of 75h

The longest-lead item in the plan and the one that can't be crammed. Starts the day the diagnostic finishes, and then runs daily regardless of what else is happening.

    The pillar

Finished work turns into a note in writing rather than a log entry — one per roadmap module, written as I clear it. A published note is a harder thing to fake than a line in a log, which is the whole reason for the swap.
